Red cabbage and pomegranate salad

A super easy salad recipe you can't miss: find out how to make a red cabbage salad with pomegranate, simple and tasty!

Ingredients:
½ red cabbage – approx 800g
½ cup dried plums
20g flat parsley

Dressing:
1 tablespoon cumin
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons date syrup
2 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ teaspoon chilli flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
For garnish pomegranate

Method:
Shred the cabbage by firstly peeling off the outer leaves, and cutting off the stem and base, chop the rest of the cabbage very finely with a sharp knife.
Chop the plums and flat parsley, add to the cabbage.
Heat a dry frying pan, when it is warm add the cumin and roast for a few seconds until the aroma comes out.
Place cumin into a bowl and add the remaining dressing ingredients and stir.
Add the dressing into the cabbage and mix together, squeeze it at the same time to get some juice from the cabbage.
At the end add pomegranate and serve.
