Honey & Mustard salad dressing

vegetarian, gluten free

 1 teaspoon English mustard
2 teaspoons clear honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 tablespoon rapeseed oil
See salt and freshly ground black pepper

Shake all the ingredients together in a screw-toped jar to mix and emulsify. Trickle generously over the salad and serve.
