These pancakes are vegan and gluten-free.
Its the best pancakes recipe I've ever tried. This is a healthy version
with less cholesterol and fat.
Ingredient:
250g buckwheat flour
1/4 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
350ml almond milk
2 bananas (cut into pieces)
coconut oil for frying
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Place 1 tablespoon of batter in a hot pan lightly greased and cook for about two minutes for each side.
