Serving for 2 people
Ingredients:
400ml soya milk or any non-dairy milk
1/3 cup barley flakes
1 lemon grass
1/3 tin coconut milk
pinch of salt
For serving fresh fruit
Method:
Boil milk with barley flakes. Add lemon grass (before you
will use lemon grass squeeze them in your fingers to get aroma). Boil for 5-7 minutes
until the mixture is thick. Add coconut milk and a pinch of salt. Serve with fresh fruits.
